Your right to cancel your order.

As an online, mail, or telephone order customer, you have the right to cancel your order within a limited time.

How to cancel your order:

1. Notify us within 14 days: If you decide to cancel your order, please let us know within 14 days of receiving your goods.
2. Return the goods: After notifying us, you have another 14 days to return the items to us. Please note, under our terms and conditions, the cost of returning the goods, particularly during the 14-day ‘cooling-off period’ when you change your mind, is typically the responsibility of the buyer.

Refund process:

We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, provided they are returned in the same condition they were originally sent to you. It’s important to ensure that returned goods are packaged correctly to prevent damage. Please be aware that damaged goods may result in a reduced refund to cover repair costs, as stipulated here in our terms and conditions.
